THE INTERRELATION OF SACRED, SECULAR AND DESECULAR CONCEPTS

Abstract

This article analyzes the meaning, historical formation, and
complex interrelation of the concepts of sacred, secular, and desecular, which hold
significant importance in socio-philosophical thought. The article elucidates the
main tenets ofsecularization theory, its position relative to the sacred, and the impact
of desecularization processes observed in the modern world on the secular paradigm.
Through the dialectic of mutual necessity and contradiction between these concepts,
the dynamics of religious and secular values in society are revealed
