THE ROLE OF EDUCATION IN THE FORMATION OF LABOR POTENTIAL OF THE YOUTH LABOR MARKET

Abstract

In the conditions of demographic growth and transformation of
Uzbekistan's economy, education plays a crucial role in preparing young people for
labor activity. The article analyzes the effectiveness of the education system in
providing young specialists with necessary skills, and also considers key problems
related to its compliance with the requirements of the labor market.
