DEVELOPING TEACHERS’ TESTOLOGICAL CULTURE THROUGH AN INNOVATIVE APPROACH
Abstract
In the context of rapid development of information technologies and digitalization
of education, the development of a teacher’s testological culture is gaining particular
importance. Testological culture includes a set of knowledge, skills, and
competencies necessary for the scientifically grounded design, implementation, and
analysis of tests in the educational process. This article examines the significance of
an innovative approach as a key tool in the formation and improvement of this
culture. Special attention is given to the integration of digital platforms, adaptive
testing tools, and analytical systems that ensure objectivity and validity in
assessment. Methodological recommendations for improving teachers'
competencies in the field of testology are presented. The content may be of interest
to educators, pedagogical university staff, and academic researchers.
