ANALYSIS OF THE EFFECT OF ULTRASOUND ON THE ACTIVITY OF THE SUPRA-DEPENDENT ENZYME MALATE DEHYDROGENASE OF RAT LIVER MITOCHONDRIA, AS WELL AS METHODS OF THEIR CORRECTION

Abstract

We know that ultrasound wave testing (USWE) is widely used in modern medicine. Of course, this method is very helpful in detecting them pathological condition of organs. But this method of examination also causes some negative effects on the body because of its wave nature. Such effects do not bypass the direct activity of the enzyme. This paper shows the change in enzymatic activity of US on day 1, 3, 5, 10, 15 after exposure for 10 minutes and the methods of correction using biosep oil extracts and shotut leaf alcohol prepared from local plants.
