Abstract

This article explores innovative models aimed at developing divergentcreative thinking among law enforcement officers in the context of the information
society. The relevance of the study is due to the increasing complexity of operational
and analytical tasks, which require flexibility, originality, and adaptive cognitive
strategies. The paper proposes a model that integrates cognitive training with
affective and value-based components. Emphasis is placed on the results of studies
conducted in Uzbekistan, which reveal effective practices in developing creativity
in security personnel. The proposed model can be used for educational and
professional development programs in law enforcement
