THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE FLIPPED CLASSROOM APPROACH IN TEACHING ENGLISH
Description
This article analyzes the function and effectiveness of one of the
modern educational technologies the “Flipped classroom” method in the english
language teaching process. This technique which is essentially different from the
standard lesson format gives students the chance to independently learn theory
outside of the classroom while still improving their language skills in class through
interactive activities and real-world applications and the advantages of this
methodology, stages of application and its impact on students’ motivation and
language acquisition level based on examples. It also studies foreign experiences,
scientific and theoretical approaches and results from real educational practice in the
application of the “Flipped classroom” model in english lessons. The results of the
study show the possibilities of effectively introducing this methodology into the
english language education system.
