EFFECT OF HIGH TEMPERATURE ON THE TRANSPIRATORY PROCESS OF NEW LINES OF GOSSYPIUM HIRZUTUM AND BARBADENSE SPECIES OF GOSSYPIUM
Abstract
The article presents the results and analysis of studies of the rate
of water evaporation, which is one of the important physiological characteristics of
cotton varieties and new rows in the conditions of the city of Termez, Surkhandarya
region. Research results show that the average air temperature and relative humidity
in the morning hours 8-10 am +25-28.90C; 56.8-60%, +41-48.20C from 12 to 14
hours; 40-46.5%, +35-42.90 Happy day from 16-18; 41.2-48%, compared to the
control variety Namangan-77 in the flowering phase of cotton, transpiration in the
morning hours was recorded in the range of 19.6-100 g/ml g-hour, comb 0-60, SP
016-07 and Surkhan -14 are positive in varieties, the transpiration index in these
varieties is respectively 19.6; 49.3; It was found to be 54.3 ml/g h. The transpiration
rate during the daytime hours is in the range of 61.4-82.3 ml/g h, the positive rate of
ITPT-1 is 67.5 ml/g h, ITPT-2 is 64. 5 ml/g, SP 016-07 61.4 ml/g h. and Surkhan14 was determined to be 64.5 ml/g hour.
In addition, in the afternoon hours during the day, the transpiration rate was
recorded in the range of 48.3-116.2 ml/g h, positive results in ridge 0-18, ridge 0-60,
Surkhan-14, SP 016-07, ITPT -1 It was noted that the transpiration characteristics of
this series of varieties: Tizma 0-18 - 48.3 ml/g, h Tizma 0-60 - 71.4 ml/g h, Surkhan14 - 102.2 ml/gh, SP 016-07 116.2 ml/g h and ITPT 1 72.2 ml/g h were assessed
positively. The rate of transpiration at different levels of high air temperature
depends on the dynamics of the opening and closing of leaf stomata, which is one of
the signs of the physiological resistance of cotton under conditions of water
deficiency and high air temperature
