PRINCIPLES OF THE RULE OF LAW AND THEIR APPLICATION IN PRACTICE

Abstract

This article analyzes the concept of the rule of law, its fundamental principles, and their practical application. Special attention is given to the principles of the supremacy of law, the separation of powers, the guarantee of human rights and freedoms, and the independence of the judiciary, with a focus on their implementation in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
