The article analyzes the impact of corporatization of state-owned enterprises on the economy of
the Central Asian countries. The article examines the key indicators of the effectiveness of this process, such
as GDP growth, investment attraction, job creation and development of corporate governance.
Recommendations are given for improving the mechanisms of corporatization and increasing the investment
attractiveness of the region
