Abstract

This article examines the issue of improving educational quality to enhance teachers'
pedagogical skills. The methods of enhancing teachers' professional competence through the use of modern
technologies, professional development, individualizing the educational process, and introducing innovative
teaching methods are discussed. The views of Uzbek scholars and theoretical approaches are analyzed to
