Foreign Experience In Increasing The Competitiveness Of Higher Educational Graduates
Abstract
This article analyzes the competitiveness of higher education graduates in the labor market. It emphasizes the need for social partnership between the state, the labor market, and educational institutions to enhance graduates' competitiveness. Foreign experiences, including Japan’s corporate training system and the state policies of the USA, Germany, and France, are examined. Recommendations are provided on the employment of university graduates and their professional adaptation in Uzbekistan
