Abstract

This article examines the importance of learning outcomes in ensuring the quality of socio-humanities
education within vocational training. It highlights the role of clear and measurable outcomes in aligning
educational programs with labor market demands and professional standards. The study discusses frameworks
such as Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and competency-based approaches that facilitate the integration of
technical and soft skills. Furthermore, it emphasizes the development of moral, social, and professional
competencies through socio-humanities education. The article also addresses the challenges of assessing soft
skills and values, proposing adaptive strategies to ensure the holistic development of students for both personal
and professional success
