Abstract
Task-Based Language Teaching (TBLT) has gained prominence as an innovative approach to language
education, emphasizing meaningful, real-world tasks to enhance communication and critical thinking skills.
This article explores the relevance of TBLT in Uzbekistan's evolving education landscape, focusing on its
principles, implementation challenges, and strategies for effective integration. Highlighting examples from
institutions like the International School of Finance Technology and Science (ISFT) in Tashkent, the discussion
underscores the potential of TBLT to align the nation’s language education with global standards. By
addressing teacher training, curriculum reform, and community engagement, Uzbekistan can successfully
