Abstract

This article addresses the issue of improving management mechanisms to enhance the economic efficiency of small business entities. Using Namangan region as a case study, the article analyzes the main problems faced by small businesses and provides recommendations for addressing these issues through the implementation of information technology, the development of financial management, improving staff qualifications, and strengthening marketing strategies. Additionally, the article suggests ways to support small businesses through regional development programs and cluster systems.
